My Philosphy on Healthy Living
Adapt a lifestyle that you know you will stick with for a lifetime, not just an exercise and diet plan that you will follow for a couple of weeks. People often make the mistake of setting overly strict rules and are too hard on themselves when they break them, causing them to give up. Make exercise fun by incorporating activities that you love, follow the 90/10 rule (eat healthy 90% of the time and indulge 10% of the time), and don't beat yourself up when you slip!-
