People often make the mistake of setting overly strict rules and are too hard on themselves when they break them, causing them to give up. Make exercise fun by incorporating activities that you love, follow the 90/10 rule (eat healthy 90% of the time and indulge 10% of the time), and don't beat yourself up when you slip!

I am 23 years old with a passion for fitness and personal training. I am all about loving life and having fun! My favorite part about training is seeing the physical and emotional changes in my clients when they reach their fitness goals. Oh, and I recently just got married to the best guy ever!
